PLG is seeking a motivated Project Officer and Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic Customer Success Engagement department. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, onboarding processes, and coordination between internal teams and clients. The position requires strong technical skills in project management tools and methodologies to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Data Management:
    • Collaborate with project team members to collect, correct, and manage project data for planning, invoicing, and KPI updates.
    • Prepare, monitor, and follow up on project invoicing processes.
    • Ensure the accurate data entry of activity and performance reports (budget/cost/resources/KPI follow-up and control).
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Manage the onboarding/offboarding and maintenance training processes for project team members in collaboration with the client.
  • Meeting Facilitation:
    • Conduct and facilitate internal and external meetings as required, ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Maintain and update standard materials and templates for consistent project execution.
    • Contribute to internal company projects, focusing on continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Experience

  • University degree in project management or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management and technical planning, including Forecasting, Quality control, Timelines, Onboarding processes, Performance (KPIs), Budgeting and invoicing, Managing meetings, and Maintaining templates.
  • Knowledge of Project Planning Tools: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT), Gantt charts, and Dashboards.
  • Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written), essential for daily communication with local and international project stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and rigorous in task execution.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work with data at both a detailed and global level (consolidation, synthesis).
