We are thrilled to announce that PLG has officially been recognized as a Great Place to Work™ in 12 countries: Denmark, Morocco, India, Romania, the Netherlands, Australia, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and Mauritius. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to creating a thriving, inclusive workplace. 

At PLG, we are proud of an organization with a strong culture of teamwork, collaboration, and diversity that drives initiatives through an entrepreneurial mindset. From December 2nd to the 16th, we invited employees to participate in the Great Place to Work® Trust Index™ survey. This survey evaluates key aspects of our workplace culture, including leadership credibility, fairness, and employees’ sense of belonging.  

Through our employees’ participation, we have gained valuable insights into our workplace culture. These insights showcase the trust, camaraderie, and pride that contribute to making PLG a great place to work. The results highlight a workplace built on collaboration, trust in leadership, and a deep sense of individual contribution. Our employees take pride in our collective achievements and feel a strong sense of belonging within the organization. 

More Than Just a Certification 

This achievement reaffirms our commitment to fostering an inclusive and thriving workplace. But it’s not just about earning a badge; we are set to constantly improve and ensure every team member feels valued and empowered.  

Using the insights from the survey, we will strengthen what we do well and address areas for growth. We truly believe that a great workplace is built on continuous learning and listening to our people

This journey was a collaborative effort, started by the vision from our Shadow Board, a dynamic group of employees who first proposed the idea of pursuing Great Place to Work Certification. Their passion and dedication, along with the support from leadership and teams across the company, helped bring this initiative to life.

About The Shadow Board  

The Shadow Board consists of a group of 10 people brought together as a forum for 12 months from a cross-section of the PLG business & companies. The shadow board is sponsored by the CEO. Its primary directive is to provide insight, feedback and ideas to senior decision makers in the business, representing their generation’s perspective, and to hear about the company strategy and decisions so they can share with their peers and network.
