We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Business Analyst to be a part of our Sales team and provide analytical and reporting support across multiple areas of the organization, including our customers, Business Units (BUs), and other departments. This role is central to ensuring accurate data-driven insights for decision-making and driving alignment across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing Sales Data: Act as the primary analytical resource for the Sales Department, collecting, processing, and analyzing commercial data from various levels of the organization, including Local, Country, Regional, Business Units, and Core Business structures.
  • Improving Sales Processes: Evaluate existing sales workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: 
    • Use data collection methods, analysis, and experience to develop business and financial recommendations, providing regular feedback on commercial data evolution, including the business pipeline and performance on business closing.
    • Oversee group commercial reporting, including group revenue and forecasting, as well as individual and team performance monitoring and effectiveness.
    • Be in charge of building commercial reports at different levels of the organization:
      • Monthly and quarterly reports for Business Units, Countries, and Corporate (Shareholders), focused on sales performance, pipeline, back-log, and risk & opportunities where applicable.
      • Ad-hoc reporting for performance and effectiveness monitoring.
    • Extract raw data to analyze sales team individual performance, ensuring alignment with the group compensation plan.
  • Customer Insights:
    • Manage the export and collection of customer data for Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys.
    • Coordinate with local entities and corporate Quality & Marketing teams to track and report customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor competitor performance and market shifts to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Sales Forecasting: Use historical data and market trends to predict future sales performance, aiding in planning and resource allocation.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with operations teams to ensure sales strategies align with broader business goals.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within mid-sized or large companies.
  • Proven ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to align data analysis with business objectives.
  • Ability to execute tasks quickly with high quality, providing actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and managing multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data functions) and experience with CRM and business analytics tools.
