Position Description

As an Integration & Transformation Intern at ProductLife Group, you will be an integral part of the Integration & Transformation team. Your role will be to assist in the team’s activities across various integration and transformation projects.

The role is divided into two main areas:

  • Integration: Assisting with an industrialized integration process (utilizing structured methods and tools) customized based on acquisition goals and the business needs of the entity joining PLG.
  • Transformation: Supporting the deployment of the new Target Operating Model (TOM) within the organization.

Main Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to assist the team members in their activities:

 

  • Integration

1 – Setting-up, driving and monitoring the integration roadmap for a portfolio of acquisitions

2 – Managing the relationship with integration key stakeholders at both Corporate level and newly acquired company level.

3 – Participating to the Post Merger Integration governance bodies (PMI Commitee, meetings with the support function, … )

4 – Working closely with the M&A team.

5 – Managing change and communication to ensure the success of the integration.

 

  • Transformation

1 – Supporting all the teams worldwide in the implementation of a new Operating Model from Jan. 2025

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: French Business Schools / Master’s level (ESCP, EDHEC, etc.) or equivalent (IEP, Dauphine, etc.)
  • Experience: Previous internships in consulting, M&A, or internal strategy/transformation departments.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for roadmaps and PowerPoint for presentations). Strong skills in writing summaries and creating presentations.

Practical Information

  • Contract Type: Final-year internship
  • Location: On-site with remote work days (headquarters in Courbevoie, 92)
  • Duration: 6 months with potential for a permanent role afterward
  • Start Date: As soon as possible or January/February 2025
  • Compensation: As per school guidelines
