Group 12 Profile Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Information or similar roles (e.g., experience interacting with HCPs or consumers in a professional setting). Education: Strong scientific background (e.g., degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field). Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch, English, and French (both written and spoken). Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable speaking with HCPs over the phone, providing accurate and professional responses. Strong ability to handle difficult or stressful situations, including phone crises and managing complaints from dissatisfied individuals. A calm and composed demeanor under pressure. Technical Skills: Proficiency with software tools and adaptability to work in diverse environments. Not afraid to learn new systems and technologies.
