Job Description

We are looking for a Medical Information Specialist to provide leading support in the management of medical information for our clients and partners. As a specialist, you will be responsible for answering complex medical questions in Dutch, English and French from health professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. You will ensure the provision of accurate, current and evidence-based scientific information, contributing to patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Management of French, English and Dutch enquiries (once a month)
  • Be the Client’s main contact
  • Participation in audits
  • Realize KPIs for clients

Group 12
Profile

  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch, English and French (written and oral).
  • Education: Degree in life sciences, pharmacy or similar field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in medical information, pharmacovigilance or similar function is an asset (1 year minimum).
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of document management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong ability to work in a team and interact effectively with various interlocutors. At ease speaking to Healthcare Professionals or by phone. Know how to prioritize tasks. Resistant to work, calm, know how to deal with stressful situation (eg. : phone crisis possible, angry people on phone possible…)
