Product Life Group (PLG) is looking for an experienced RIM Expert/Senior based in France. In this role, you will manage regulatory information, ensure compliance with IDMP & xEVMPD standards, and lead key projects within our IT and regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

  • Apply expertise in Regulatory Affairs & CMC to manage and maintain regulatory information.
  • Ensure compliance with IDMP & xEVMPD regulatory requirements.
  • Lead RIM-related projects, coordinating with stakeholders to drive efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT stakeholders to enhance regulatory data management.
  • Work with Veeva Vault RIM and other IT systems to streamline regulatory processesUtilize Excel (Power Query) and MS Project for data analysis and project tracking.

Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in regulatory information management or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (Power Query), MS Project, and Veeva Vault RIM.
  • Soft Skills: Autonomous, organized, methodical, adaptable, with a strong sense of priorities and a rational approach to problem-solving.
  • Education: Background in Life Sciences or IT
  • Languages: English (mandatory), French (required)
