We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to oversee quality processes and ensure compliance within pharmaceutical operations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, GMP standards, and quality assurance, including Product Quality Reviews (PQR)  within pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage Product Quality Reviews (PQR)
  • Supervise and coordinate quality assurance processes for multiple clients
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry regulations
  • Lead and develop a team of quality professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes
  • Utilize IT systems to optimize quality management

Group 12
Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards, transversal activities, and IT systems
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a rigorous approach to quality assurance
  • Transparent and team-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in French and English
