Case Study: Streamlining operations for a mid-sized pharma - global functions

Challenge: Our client, a mid-sized pharma facing an intense volume of launches in the mid-term, needed to ensure smooth operations in a specific area of their operations associated with those future launches 

Our approach: Following an initial diagnostic of the challenges faced by the team, we quantified the time and resources at stake for each type of task and mapped potential process improvements. We went through an extensive process mapping exercise – only when the process was at the center of the challenge. 

Result: We conducted change over a few months, starting with the activities where the impact would be highest, and kept measuring the time saved. At the end of the project, we had saved 40% of the resources initially needed to cover the activities in scope.
